Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and presenting Traact's suite of services to potential clients. The role will involve extensive research and analysis of market trends and competitor activity, and the development and execution of strategic plans to drive growth and retention.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with SaaS and legal technology products and markets
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business plans
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple priorities effectively
Previous experience in the legal industry is a plus

Responsibilities
In this role, you are a strategic prospector comfortable with calling and engaging supply chain, logistics, and operations executives, navigating large organizations, and conducting account-based research
Build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities for field sales reps to deliver on sales targets through executive multi-touch outreach via linkedin/email activities
Document activities and prospect interactions to ensure efficient lead management and nurturing within the context of our sales process
Qualifications
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
2 year of Sales experience, either in a Sales Development, Account Executive, Business Development, Customer Success or other related capacity
Experience interacting with customers and prospects, doing discovery calls and identifying sales opportunities
Passion for Sales and desire to excel
An appetite to sell to technology decision makers
Hard worker and willing to achieve a high volume of daily activities while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
Background using CRM and sales engagement applications (Apollo, Hubspot, Salesforce)
